At Hengoed Care we understand that paying for care is a subject few people have any experience or knowledge of; it is a specialist and complex area and yet more families are facing this challenge every year.
Money is naturally one of the biggest concerns when deciding on which care home and care plan is best for your relative. After all, we all want the very best care, accommodation and facilities provided at an affordable price, which is exactly what Hengoed Care delivers.
Everyone’s situation is different. The information that follows is intended as a useful guide, but you should take independent professional advice about your own circumstances before making any decisions. You may also be eligible for a contribution towards care home costs from your local authority or the Local Health Board. It’s important to understand what assistance may be available and how to access it.
